摘要
中职学校体育与健康课程教学面临尴尬的境地,为了中职学生将来更好地就业,促进他们的身心健康发展,中职体育与健康课程教学必须进行改革。研制适宜的教材内容,采取灵活多样的教学形式,与信息技术整合,将课程教学延伸至课余体育。
