基于弯沉差与唧泥高度的板底脱空判别方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对弯沉差和唧泥程度与板底脱空的关系在规范中并未有明确说明,且国内外研究也较少的情况,以烟台—威海高速路试验段为依托工程,对板底脱空的弯沉评价指标进行了理论计算,采用贝克曼梁弯沉仪(BB)和落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)对比测量,计算了同板板中、板边中点、板角弯沉差;通过对唧泥观测记录统计分析,提出了根据唧泥高度判别脱空程度的评定标准,分析了唧泥高度的影响因素及变化规律,结合实际钻芯检测数据,建立了唧泥高度与板底脱空量的对应关系。试验路的钻芯复核结果表明,基于唧泥高度的板底脱空判别方法具有较高的可信度和准确度。 In order to solve the problem that the relationship among the cavity, the deflection difference and the degree of pumping was not explained definitely and the domestic and overseas research is little, the deflection index for the cavity beneath slabs was calculated theoretically based on Yantai-Weihai highway testing section as backing project. According the contrast measurement between dynamic deflection and static deflection by using BB and FWD, the deflection difference among the centre point, the midpoint of edge and the comer of the same slab were calculated. The evaluation criterion for detecting the degree of cavity with pumping height was presented by analyzing the statistical observation data of pumping, and the influencing factors and varying regularity of pumping height were analyzed. The relationship between the height of pumping and the value of cavity was established with practical detecting data of core drilling. The rechecking results of core drilling indicate that detecting the cavity beneath slab based on pumping height has high reliability and accuracy.
