摘要 目的:研究酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)对垂体后叶素(Pit)诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:大白鼠随机分成3组:对照组、Pit损伤组、aFGF预处理组。采用静脉注射Pit制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,aFGF预处理组则于实验前24h应用aFGF。以生理信号分析系统描记Ⅱ导联心电图,全自动生化分析仪测定血清心肌酶活性变化。结果:aFGFF预处理组明显对抗急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图ST段的偏移,Pit损伤组和aFGF预处理组心肌酶均升高,但aFGF预处理组心肌酶的升高幅度较Pit损伤组低(P<0.05)。结论:aFGF可减轻大鼠心肌损伤,对急性心肌缺血大鼠具有保护作用。 Objective:To study the protective effects of acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF) on rats' acute myocardial ischemia induced by Pituitrin (Pit). Methods:Wistar rats were divided into three groups at random. They were the control group, the Pit group and the aFGF group respectively. The models of acute myocardial ischemia induced by Pituitrin were made via i. v while the rats of aFGF group were given aFGF for 24h in advance. We recorded electrocardiogram (ECG)witb biological signal analytical system and the levels of myocardial enzymes in serum were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer. Result: ST segment drift on electrocardiogram was obviously opposed by aFGF. In the Pit group and the aFGF group, the levels of myocardial enzymes were increased, but the increase of myocardial enzymes in aFGF group was lower than that in Pit group ( P〈0.05). Conclusion:aFGF could reduce rats" myocardium injuries and had the protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia.
