摘要
湖南文化产业已初具规模,发展速度居全国前列,但也面临着集约化程度不高、创新能力不足、体制改革滞后等制约因素。今后,湖南将努力打造文化产业的"航空母舰",提高核心竞争力;增强融资能力,实现产业规模快速增长;继续深化文化体制改革,培育大批适应市场要求的、有实力、有活力的文化企业。
The culture industry in Hunan has formed some scope, and the derelopment speed stays in former nationwide. However, the development of culture has faced many problems. For the future, Hunan will build the ＂aircraft carrier＂ of culture industy, increasing core competing ability. We will boost up financing ability, making the industry scale rapidly expand; we will make deeply reform, fostering numbers of culture enterprise that have enough strength and energy to fit the request of market.
