摘要
独立学院是国家为进一步促进高等教育办学体制改革与创新而创造出来的一个办学新模式,这种新模式对于今后中国大学产权制度和体制改革有着积极的探索意义。
To further promote higher education reform and the creation of a new model of university, the government created independent colleges. Thisnew model is of significance for future institutional reforms and property rights reforms of China＇s university system.
