摘要 作为一种分布在细胞膜表面的蛋白,钠氢交换体1(NHE1)参与调节细胞内的pH值和细胞容积,并且可随着细胞机能状态的变化而进行自我调节。在细胞缺血、缺氧、酸中毒等情况下,NHE1被激活,进一步导致细胞内Na+潴留,Na+-Ca2+交换加强,细胞内Ca2+增加,细胞内钙超载导致心肌组织损伤,这一病理生理变化参与了多种心血管疾病的发生、发展。 As a proteins distributing in the surface of cell, sodium hydroxide exchange-1 involves in regulating cell pH value and cell volume, and can regulate itself accord to the changes of cell. In ischemia, hypoxia, acid poisoning, and other circumstances, sodium hydroxide exchange-1 is activated, to cause the Na * retention, higher Na + -Ca2 + exchanging, Ca2 + levels increasing, calcium overloading, to injury myocardial, which involves in the initiation and development of cardiovascular diseases.
