摘要
加强专业建设是独立学院实现科学发展的需要,要坚持适应性、交叉性、柔性化、特色化、服务性原则,制定专业发展目标和规划,加强考核和评估,建立优胜劣汰机制,努力创建自己的品牌专业和特色专业。
It is necessary for independent school to strengthen the establishment of specialty. The establishment of it should stick to adaptation, intersect, flexibility, characteristics, principle of service, design of specialty development goal, and strengthening check and evaluation, establishing the mechanism that the efficient ones will be prosper and the inefficient ones will be eliminated to make an effort to create specialty with characterisitics.
