摘要
基于食品安全政府规制的经济学理由和公共利益理论,分析食品安全由政府规制的必要性;运用部门利益理论,分析食品安全政府规制存在的弊端,最后提出食品安全政府规制改革理论。
Base on the economic theories and public interest theory, we analyze the significance of government's regulation of food safety. Department Interest theory was utilized to find out the limitation of government's regulation of food safety. Reform theory of regulation was put forward.
