摘要
20世纪30年代,中国大地掀起了"开发西北"的热潮,其中,经济开发是所有开发设想中提到次数最频繁,数量也是最多的。如果再细分的话,则可以看出,在这众多的经济开发设想中,又以主张优先发展交通、重视农田水利建设、移民垦殖和开办工厂的观点最为普遍。可以说,交通—农田水利—移民—发展工业的开发顺序最为人们所认同,笔者对此进行了分析。
A developing way of Northwestern economy during Guomindang government.There were many plans about developing the Northwest during the 1930es in China.Developing economy was talked about most frequently.The detailed projects were improving traffic,developing water conservancy,absorbing people to cultivate farmland,and setting up factories.
