摘要
目的:分析新疆维吾尔自治区放疗机构现状,为今后的发展方向、规模和地区分布等提供参考依据。方法:对新疆维吾尔自治区现有的17家放射治疗单位进行电话及邮件联系方式调查,总结分析新疆维吾尔自治区放疗机构、设备、人员、业务开展情况。结果:截至2007年9月30日,全疆共有放疗单位17个,人员共398位,其中放射肿瘤科医师142位(包括住院医师70位),技术员58位,护士172位,物理师17位,工程师9位。设备中直线加速器20台,60Co治疗机2台,模拟定位机15台,近距离治疗机7台,治疗计划系统12台,剂量仪15台,X刀5台,γ刀2台(头部刀2台),病床数546张。结论:我区放疗无论是数量还是质量都有了高速发展,不少单位还采用了最新技术,但与我区人口相比还是不足。今后在建立新放疗单位同时应保证放疗质量,开展再培训,特别是实际工作中再培训,制定适合我区情况的放疗质量保证及质量控制系统并贯彻执行。
Objective: To analyse the radiation therapy units condition of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and provide the reference for making decisions on developing direction, scale and distribution in this Region. Methods: The investigation on 17 radiation was made at locale or by phone or mail. The data of therapy units in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region radiation therapy units, equipments, personal, operation of radiotherapy etc were collected and analyzed. Results: Until September 30th 2007, there were17 radiation oncology centers. They possess personnel; 142 doctors.inc uding 70 residents, 17 physicists, 172 nurses, 58 technicians. For equipment: There were 20 linear accelerators, 2 telecobalt units, 15 simulators, 7 brachytherapy units, 12 treatment planning systems, 15 dosimeters, 5 X-knives, 2γ- knives (2 for head only), 546 beds. Conclusion: Radiation oncology has been developing rapidly in the last 5 years either in quantity or in quality. They are still being considered insufficient in proportion to our population. Training programs and development of QA and QC system are needed.
