摘要
随着环境日益复杂多变,企业逐渐进入变革制胜的时代。本文系统梳理了自20世纪80年代以来西方企业变革运动的变迁轨迹,进而对各阶段变革主题的内涵、特征等进行了详细剖析,并由此导出了对中国企业变革实践的几点启示。
With the environment becoming more and more complicated and changeable,enterprises have entered into a new era for survival and development under the new situation.The present paper has collected and studied the change process of the western enterprises since the 1980s,and analyzed specifically the contents and features of the theme at every stage.Based on this,some proposals for reform of the Chinese enterprises are put forward.
