摘要
由于市场竞争的压力,压力管理已成为企业管理模式中的主要内容。为了分析压力管理的本质内涵,从企业文化的角度分析了压力的来源,设计了压力管理模型;从企业文化的功能入手,分析企业文化对压力管理的影响。以武汉市某民营企业为例,进行了案例分析,验证了企业文化对压力管理的影响规律。
Because of the stress of market competition, stress management has become an issue of enterprise management mode. The sources of stress were analyzed to analyze the essence of stress management, whose model was designed from the perspective of corporate culture. The functions of corporate culture were used to analyze the influence of culture on stress management. A private enterprise in Wuhan was cited as a case to verify the influence of culture on stress management.
