摘要
在知识经济时代,如何借助基于信息技术的知识管理工具提升学习力,从而提升竞争力,已成为大家面临的一项极为现实的课题。本文探讨了知识管理工具支持学习力提升的主要途径。
In tne knowledge ages, how we can promote the capacity to learn with the help of knowledge management system which based on the informational and technical knowledge management tools, which has turned to be a realistic project. Enclosed on the knowledge management, this paper elaborates main approaches to promoting learning capacity with the help of knowledgo management tools.
