摘要
研究了两性淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、CPAM/膨润土3种助留助滤体系对再生新闻纸印刷性能的影响。确定了较合适的助留助滤剂用量,并比较了3种助留助滤体系对改善新闻纸印刷性能的效果。结果表明,CPAM/膨润土体系使浆料留着率和滤水性能大大提高,纸页平滑度和表面强度改善较为明显,减小了两面差,油墨吸收性能和裂断长有一定增加,成纸匀度较好。
This paper researched the influence of amphoteric starch, CPAM and CPAM/BT retention and drainage aids systems on printability of reproduced newsprint. The optimum dosage of three retention and drainage aids was determined and their effects of improving printability of newsprint were compared. The results showed that CPAM/BT greatly enhanced the retention and drainage; the smoothness and surface strength had obvious improvement; and breaking length had some increment the two--sidedness difference was reduced; ink absorption ability paper had a better formation.
