摘要 介绍了冲击响应谱的基本理论,针对传统脆值理论的不足,提出产品脆值的冲击响应谱描述理论与方法。讨论了基于冲击响应谱的产品破损边界曲线具体测试方法与步骤,该测试方法简单宜行。瓷砖脆值测试的实验结果表明,在不同频率下产品的临界响应加速度不同,二者不存在简单的函数关系。进一步说明了传统脆值理论的局限性以及所提理论与方法的有效性,从而为产品脆值的有效描述与缓冲包装设计提供理论基础。 Basic theory of shock response spectrum was introduced. Description and test methods of product fragility based on shock response spectrum were put forward to patch up the deficiency of traditional fragility theory. The test method and steps of product damage boundary curves based on shock response spectrum were discussed. The experimental results of ceramic tile showed that, under different frequency, product has different critical response acceleration and there is no simple functional relationship model between them. Furthermore, the limitation of traditional fragility theory and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified. The purpose was to provide theoretical basis for fragility description and cushion design.
