不同运动负荷对血清过氧化脂质、血尿素的影响及与疲劳出现的关系 被引量:6

Effects of Different Workload on LPO and BU and Their Relation with Fatigue

摘要 采用TBA荧光沉淀分析并结合临床观察,对138名优秀竞技运动员大负荷训练课前后,冬训不同阶段;大负荷一周、二周、三周及主诉疲劳者的血清过氧化脂质、血尿素的变化进行研究。研究表明,不同方式大负荷后过氧化脂质和血尿素明显升高;运动员出现疲劳的程度不一;冬训中后期,机体自由基和过氧化脂质明显升高是造成器官受损和出现疲劳的重要因素,补充抗氧化药物是非常重要的恢复手段;930型荧光光度计适用于过氧化脂质的测定。提示,过氧化脂质、血尿素的变化可做为疲劳出现、过度训练的一项生化诊断指标。 By means of TBA fluorescent sediment analysis, combined with clinical observation, thechanges of the lipid peroxides (LPO)and blood urea(BU) of 138 elite athletes were studied before and afterheavy load training, in different stages of the winter training as well as during one week,two weeks andthree weeks of heavy load training. The LPO and BU of the athletes who felt fatigue were also determined. The results showed that LPO and BU increased significantly after different forms of heavy loadtraining. The athletes felt different extent of fatigue. In the middle and latter stage of the winter trainingthe remarkable increases of free radical and the lipid peroxide in the body are the main factors, causing organ injury and fatigue. The replenishment of antioxidant is an important means of recovery. The 930-fluorometer is suitable for determining LPO. It is suggested that the changes of LPO and BU can be used asbiochemical diagnosis indexes of fatigue and overtraining.
