摘要
目的建立维肝福泰胶囊(人参茎叶皂苷、五味子醇浸膏、树舌多糖等)中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法采用YMC C18柱,甲醇:0.03%磷酸溶液(65:35)为流动相,检测波长为220 nm。结果五味子醇甲在0.142～1.140μg呈良好的线性范围(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.49,RSD为1.93%。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,可用于维肝福泰胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining of schisandrin in Weiganfutai capsule （ginseng stem-leaf saponin, extractive material from Fructus Schisandrae Chinese, Ganoderm applanatum polysaccharide, etc. ）. Methods A YMC C18 column was used. The mobile phase was a mixed liquid with methanol-0. 03% phosphoricalid（65 ： 35 ） , and determination wavelength was 250 nm. Results The linear ranges of schisandrin was 0. 142 - 1. 140 μg （ r = 0. 999 7 ）, respectively. The average recoveries of schisandrin was 99.49% （ RSD = 1.93% ）, respectively. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Weiganfutai capsule.
