摘要 草莓小孢子细胞学发育时期与花器外部形态、大小密切相关。本研究通过调查观察,了解了草莓小孢子细胞学发育时期的特点,以及相应的花蕾外部形态、大小、花药的颜色的相关性和花序中不同序位花蕾发育时期的差异。因此,只需依据其花器形态、大小、颜色即可确定小孢子细胞学发育时期,这项研究成果可应用于单倍体育种直接判别花器的适宜接种时期。 It is of great interrelation between cytology growing period of strawberry's microspore and the outside shape and size of flower organ.This research shows that the characterisitic of cytology growing period of strawberry's microspore and corresponding shape,size of the flower organ,the colony of pollencuture,and the interrelation of them.In addition we learned the difference of flower bud growing period on assorted place of inflorescence.Therefore you can defect the microspore cytology growing period according to the shape,size,color of the flower organ.So the research will be applied to direct suitable inoculation period in haploid breeding.
