摘要
目的：评价低领颈部弧形切口在单侧甲状腺次全切除术中的应用价值。方法：总结我院40例采用低领颈部弧形切口行单侧甲状腺次全切除术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤患者的经验。结果：手术安全，临床效果好，切口符合美学标准。结论：本方法操作简单、安全，容易掌握，疗效可靠，值得在基层医院推广。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of low- collar cervical arc incision in unilateral subtotal thyroidectomy. Methods： The clinical data of 40 cases of patients with thyroid tumor who received the unilateral subtotal thyroidectomy with low- collar cervical arc incision and the results were summarized.Results： Our technique was safe, and clinical result was excellent. All incision was healing excellent with cosmetic standard. Conclusion： This method could achieve the standard of cosmetic with easy and safe performs , which was worthy being popularized in basic hospital.
