摘要
通过白油／甘油／十六烷基磷酸酯精氨酸／水系统，对表面活性剂液晶的相行为、结构图象及溶油性质进行研究，利用最佳强度的液晶剂备乳状液，得到的乳状液细小而均匀。
The phase properties, structure and oil sulubility of liquid crystal formed by Amphisol Arg, water and glycerol were studied. The emulsion with small size, narrow distribution and unflooculation was obtained by using liquid crystal with maximum strength.
