胰岛素样生长因子系统与前列腺癌
摘要
胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)是一组重要的肽类生长因子,在前列腺癌的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。目前对IGF系统与前列腺癌的关系研究取得较大进展,与前列腺癌的发病机制密切相关,为前列腺癌的诊断及治疗提供了重要的参考作用。但IGF系统十分复杂,其对前列腺癌的确切作用目前仍有争论,需要做进一步的实验和临床研究。
