摘要
目的:探讨减数磨牙矫治临界病例的可行性及优势。方法:选取深圳市儿童医院口腔正畸科就诊的减数磨牙病例100例,其中经4位正畸医生评判为临界病例者11例,其中男3例、女8例。均采用直丝弓矫治器矫治,应用差动力原理8例,使用种植支抗钉3例。结果:全部病例均达到磨牙及尖牙中性关系,牙列咬合及前牙覆覆盖关系正常,牙根平行,软组织侧貌协调。结论:通过减数磨牙尤其是第三磨牙矫治临界病例可以取得满意的疗效。
Objective： To discuss the feasibility and advantage of treating borderline cases with molar extraction. Method： 11 borderline cases were selected from 100 molar extraction cases treated in department of orthodontics. Straight wire appliance were used, in which 8 cases using driving force and 3 cases using mini-screw anchorage. Result： All cases obtained normal canine-relationship and molar-relationship. The overbite and overjet of incisor were normal too. Profile of the face were well. Conclusion： Well orthodontic effects can be achieved by extracting molar particular third molar in treatment of borderline cases.
