摘要
目的:探讨健脾活血方对肝硬化大鼠内分泌激素的影响。方法:大鼠随机分成健脾活血方治疗组、造模组、正常对照组;除正常组外,均以20%乙醇及猪油颗粒饲料喂养并皮下注射四氯化碳花生油造模,同时喂服药物,疗程结束后检测各组大鼠催乳素、胰高血糖素、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮及内皮素水平。结果:模型组大鼠胰高血糖素、肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮水平较正常组明显升高,内皮素明显降低,活血方治疗组较模型组胰高血糖素、内皮素水平有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:健脾活血方能有效改善肝硬化大鼠内分泌激素的紊乱。
Objective:To observe the effect of jianpi huoxue prescription on endocrine disorder of liver cirrhosis rats.Methods:50 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal,model and huoxue prescription groups.Models with liver cirrhosis was established by ip CCl4 and feeding 20% ethanol for 70 days,treatment group was given jianpi huoxue prescription.Prolactin,glucagon,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone and endothelin in each group rats were determined by RIA.Results:Prolactin,glucagon,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone levels in model rats were obviously higher than normal,endothelin was lower significantly;jianpi huoxue prescription could improve the changes of glucagon and endothelin.Conclusion:Jianpi huoxue prescription can improve the endocrine dieorder of liver cirrhosis.
