摘要
针对面向在轨服务的小型航天器上使用的类杆椎式对接机构,给出了其参数设计及其动力学分析方法。采用虚功率原理和赫兹模型建立了对接机构的整体接触碰撞动力学模型,通过对不同初始条件下捕获阶段动力学仿真评价完成了缓冲阻尼参数的设计,实现了对接机构的整体性能满足设计目标要求。
Focusing on the quasi probe-cone docking mechanism utilized on mini spacecraft for On Orbit Servicing (OOS), emphases are given to the mechanical parameter design and dynamic analyses thereof. The integrated contact and impact model, adopting Hertz Model and Virtual Power Principle was established and through the combination of simulation and dynamic evaluation of the capturing interval under various initial conditions, the cushion and buffer parameters were designed ; therefore, the integrated performance of the whole mechanism can meet the capturing requirements of the design objective.
