摘要
改革开放以后,中国外交进入了新的历史时期。中国逐渐形成了全方位的外交模式,多边外交是中国外交政策选择的重要一环。从多边外交的实践看,中国的多边外交已形成了政府外交、议会外交、政党外交、军队外交和民间外交等多种形式。从多边外交的未来发展来看,发展多边外交最主要的在于可以使中国以积极的方式维护国家利益。
China＇s diplomacy has entered a new period of history since it＇s reform and opening-up. The Alternatives of Multilateral diplomacy reflects China＇s diplomatic flexibility. Based on the judgment of the theme of the times with peace and development, China＇s independence principle and the five principles of peaceful coexistence, China＇s multilateral diplomacy has made a breakthrough and it＇s strength was improved greatly. Today, China has formed a governmental diplomacy, parliamentary diplomacy, party diplomacy, and military-folk diplomacy. And multilateral diplomacy will have more positive effect on national interests in the future.
