摘要
在论述了开展稠油开采新方法研究的重要性、稠油的分类及其开采方法的基础上,从催化剂的研制、机理研究、现场应用等方面对特超稠油的水热裂解催化降黏方法进行了全面介绍,同时对该课题组近年来的研究工作进行了重点介绍,着重分析了该课题组自行研制的4类催化剂的催化降黏机理。最后,对稠油水热裂解催化降黏方法面临的问题和今后的发展趋势进行了分析。
This paper discusses the importance of the new exploitation methods of heavy oil, and introduces classification and exploitation methods of heavy oil in the past twenty years. It also presents the synthesis of the catalysts, mechanism and application of the catalytic aquathermolysis of extra heavy oil. Meanwhile it reviews the research advancement of heavy oil in recent years and emphatically analyses the mechanism of four kinds of self developed catalysts. With an analysis of the problems of the catalytic aquathermolysis of heavy oil, it points out the development trend in this field.
