摘要
以碳纤维布(CFRP)加固损伤钢筋混凝土吊车梁的抗弯疲劳试验研究为基础,分析了加固吊车梁中钢筋疲劳破坏产生的原因,揭示了CFRP加固钢筋混凝土吊车梁的疲劳破坏机理。建立了碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土吊车梁的疲劳累积损伤模型,并根据所建立的吊车梁的疲劳累积损伤模型,对本文试件进行了疲劳损伤程度分析。研究表明,采用CFRP加固钢筋混凝土吊车梁的剩余抗弯刚度来度量其疲劳损伤变量,具有明确的物理意义。在此基础上,建立的疲劳损伤演化方程能够准确模拟CFRP加固钢筋混凝土吊车梁的疲劳损伤破坏过程。
Based on the experimental results of the Damaged Crane beam Strengthened with CFRP, the failure reason of the fatigue of reinforcement is given. The fatigue failure mechanism of the strengthened crane beam is studied. The cumulative fatigue damage model is proposed to describe the fatigue damage level of the strengthened crane beam. The results indicate that the damage is defined by using the residual bending rigidity of the strengthened beam with obvious physical meaning and the cumulative fatigue damage model describing the damage and failure process of the crane beam is in good agreement with fatigue experiments.
