摘要
应用几何学方法分析了双滚筒切头飞剪刀刃运动干涉现象和刀刃侧隙变化规律,探讨了避免碰刀和刀刃原始侧隙确定的方法,得出了原始侧隙计算公式,原始侧隙计算值与实际应用值非常接近。研究结果表明,适当的刀刃原始侧隙是避免碰刀的必要条件;弧形刃比直线刃需要更大的原始侧隙;异周速飞剪切头弧形刃原始侧隙的确定原则是滚筒反转时不碰刀;对于同周速飞剪,切头和切尾弧形刃所需原始侧隙相同。
Geometric method is used here to analyze the knife - edge movement interference phenomena and the change law of knife gap in double - drum crop flying shear, and approaches to avoiding knife collision and determining the original knife gaps. The calculating equations of original knife gap were given. It shows that the computation results are very close to that of the original knife gap practically applied. The research results indicate that the appropriate original knife gap is a necessity to avoid knife collision; arc blade requires greater original knife gap than straight line blade; the required original knife gap for arc blade cutting the head end of steel strip is the same as that for cutting tail end. As for the arc blade on a differential speed cutting flying shear for cutting the front end, the principle of determining the original knife gap is to avoid knife collision in the counter revolution process of drums.
