摘要
创业学习是当今心理学界及创业实践领域关注的热点问题之一。我国大学生的就业压力越来越大,以创业带动就业是解决这一问题的有效途径。创业学习可以提升大学生的创业胜任力。针对我国大学生创业学习动力不足的现状,本文阐述了创业学习的概念及分类,并从个性特质、环境因素及态度形成过程的特点等方面剖析影响大学生创业学习的因素,把握大学生创业学习的规律,为提高大学生创业学习的动机水平提供了科学依据。
Entrepreneurial learning is one of important problems in psychology and entrepreneurial practice area, College students' pressure in finding jobs is more and more heavy, Entrepreneurship is an efficient approach. Entrepreneurial learning can improve their Entrepreneurship competency. Aiming at the lack of entrepreneurial learning power in China college students, this research illustrated the concept and class of entrepreneurial learning, and explored influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial learning from personality traits, environmental factors and the formation process of attitude. Grasping the rules of entrepreneurial learning to provide scientific basis for college students' entrepreneurial learning.
