摘要
由于现实政策和自身条件的限制,保姆群体往往受到较少的社会关注,通过对保姆群体的调查,描述了当前哈尔滨市保姆群体工作现状和权益维护等方面的情况,对从中发现的问题做了一些探讨,提出主要从国家立法和中介机构健全保姆培训监督机制等方面不断完善家政服务业的建议。
As the restrictions of policies and the condition of nurse, people are often less concerned about them. With the investigation of Harbin nurse, we described the current work status and the right maintenance of them. We discussed on some of the issues and then made proposal to improve the household management service industry. Such as strengthening the national legislation and the intermediaries should sound the training and supervision mechanism, and so on.
