针对质量管理的重要性,指出监理工作对确保工程质量、节约投资、控制工期和保障安全等方面具有重要作用,从事前、事中、事后三个阶段详细阐述了质量管理的细微工作,从而有效控制工程质量,充分发挥监理的作用。
Aiming at the important of quality management, it indicates that supervising work has important effect to ensure engineering quality, save investment, control working time and ensure safety, etc, detailed expatiates imperceptibility work of quality management from three stages, before event, middle event, after event, consequently to control engineering quality effectively and display supervising effect fully.
