摘要
针对广东省交通行业的道路建设项目,设计绩效评价的指标体系,并在总结专家评价经验的基础上,应用层次分析模型确定各指标的权重,自动计算评价项目的综合绩效分,实现财政支出绩效评价的计算机管理。
Against the road-building project of the transportation on Guangdong Province, designs the index system of financial expenditure, on the basis of summing up the experience of experts＇ evaluation, using the analytic hierarchy process, it has determined the weight of the indexes and automatically calculated the general points of performance evaluation for the evaluating project,in order to achieve computer management of the performance evaluation on financial expenditure.
