摘要 介绍南化集团研究院开发了具有独立知识产权的,双活化剂多胺法脱碳工艺,目前已有完整的技术、设计施工图和开车经验。在合成氨及甲醇生产中采用该工艺脱CO2具有净化度高,能同时脱除硫化物,吸收能力高,能耗低,溶液损失少,可利用闪蒸提高再生气CO2纯度等特点。列出了在各种工况下的工艺流程和消耗指标。叙述了该工艺近几年来的技术新进度,新装置的投运和该工艺应用于CO2再生气生产食品级CO2情况。还叙述部分工厂生产误区造成的设备腐蚀、溶剂起泡,能耗高,净化度差等问题以及解决办法。 The text describes the basic principle of multi-amine (Improved MDEA) process for removal of carbon dioxide the reaction mechanism of MDEA with carbon dioxide, both chemical and physical solvent properties, and the peculiarity as a double activator of the process.The text introduced the characteristics of multi-amine (Improved MDEA) process in synthetic ammonia and methanol production, high CO2 purification efficiency, sulphide removing at the same time, high absorb ability,low energy consumption,low solvent loss,improving resurgent gas CO2 purtiy by making use of flashing, and under various conditions of process and comsume data. It still described the craft progress in the last few years.It described the using of the new installation and eatable carbon dioxide producing by making use of by-product resurgent gas CO2 .At last described the mistake areas of parts of factories production such as equipments corrosion,solution foaming,high thermal energy consumption, the bad decontamination degree etc, and the solution of those problem.
