摘要
文章介绍了电动助力转向系统(EPS)系统的构成及工作原理,设计出适合EPS系统的H桥功率驱动电路,分析电路中的参数设置,分析了适合EPS的脉宽调制电路的频率和主回路电感的选择,然后提出使用3个MOS管并联的方法解决电路中MOS管的大功耗问题,并且提出增加铝片来散热,最后讨论了由于电机频繁启动而设计出了电机保护电路。
In this paper, the structure and working principle of EPS assist motor are discussed. One of the key technologies of EPS is to design power driver circuits. So the corresponding power driver circuits are designed and the control parameters are carefully selected. Then present the methods which can resolve the high power loss of MOS transistors. This research has practical engineering significance to the overall design of EPS system, the improvement and optimization of EPS function and the steering manipulation safety.
