摘要
工程量清单计价模式下,施工单位要想中标并盈利,应根据自身实际情况确定投标策略以及报价的技巧。本文仅从施工单位角度考虑,提出了一些投标的策略和报价技巧。重点对于不平衡报价的应用做出详细阐述。
On the model of valuation based on engineering quantity list,to win a bid and make profit, construction units have to choose bidding strategies and quotation skills according to their actual situation.This paper proposes some of the strategies and skills and makes detailed description of application of unbalanced bid from the perspective of construction units.
