摘要 目的通过研究热休克蛋白27(HSP27)在正常人卵巢周期中的不同发育阶段卵泡中的表达,探讨其在卵泡发育中的可能调控机理。方法收集18例月经规则的生育年龄妇女不同周期阶段的卵巢组织和6例PCOS患者的卵巢组织,采用免疫组织化学方法观察HSP27蛋白在人卵巢中的定位及表达情况。结果HSP27定位表达于人原始卵泡的卵母细胞,各期卵泡的颗粒细胞、卵泡膜细胞、黄体细胞及间质细胞均未见表达。PCOS组卵母细胞阴性表达。结论HSP27可能和原始卵泡的卵母细胞发育与凋亡有关。 Aim To explore the expression of heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) in human follicular cells during the ovarian cycle. Methods Ovarian tissues were obtained from 18 women with regular menstrual cycles who underwent surgery for a variety of gynecological conditions and 6 PCOS women. Expression of HSP27 in the ovarian tissues and follicular cells was detected by immuno-histochemical technique. Results HSP'27 was expressed in oocyte of primordial follicle, not in granulosa ceils, luteal cells, stroma ceils of normal folli- cles and PCOS ovaries. Conclusion HSP27 may be a factor involving in oocyte development and apoptosis.
