摘要 介绍了两种汽车车门密封条隔声测试方法——直线段测试法和实车测试法。比较了两种测试方法在测试使用密封系统、安装件结构及安装方式等方面存在的差异。测试结果表明,在100~1000Hz频率范围内,两种测试方法的插入损失曲线趋势一致,但由于实车测试时采用了汽车车门延伸段及外部橡胶条,减少了入射的声波,因此其插入损失较低。 This paper introduces two commonly used methods in sound insulation measurement of seals:the line- specimen method and trial vehicle method.The differences of these two methods in testing system,assembly parts structure and the installation way are compared.The testing results show that the insertion loss curves tendency of these two methods is consistent in the frequency range from 100 Hz to 1 000 Hz,but the insertion loss of trial vehicle testing is lower.
