摘要
南水北调一期工程是缓解我国北方地区水资源短缺状况,促进水资源优化配置的重要措施。工程通水后,将形成受水区当地地表水、地下水、工程水和南水北调工程外调水多种水源供水格局。通过建立受水区多水源水价模型,适当调整受水区综合水价,引导人们调整用水行为,可以实现南水北调工程的良性运行和受水区水资源的优化配置,达到人与自然的和谐共处。
The first-stage of South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP) is an important strategic measure that will significantly alleviate acute water shortages in the country's northern areas and promote the optimization distribution of water resources. It will involve a structure of multi-water-sources supplying of the target areas, surface water, ground water, water from other projects and water from the Yangtze River, following SNWDP operation. How to realize the optimum distribution of water re^urces and smooth operation of SNWDP and achieve a kind of harmony between the human beings and the nature under the situation is an efficient means of constructing wa- ter price model of multi-water-sources supplying and appropriately adjusting the water price in the target areas.
