摘要
随着社会的变革、人们思想观念的变化,大学生心理健康越来越受到教育界的关注。传统的大学生心理健康教育以学校行政体系为依托,方法单一,不易被学生接受。社会工作方法介入大学生心理健康教育,改变了传统的说教式、家长式教育模式,以"助人自助"的理念为核心,建立起平等交流的平台,大大提高了心理健康教育的工作绩效。本文以个案工作法、团体工作法为重点,进行实证研究,积极探究一条将社会工作引入大学生心理健康教育的一般方法。
With the changes of society and people＇ s ideas and concepts, college student＂ s mental health has greatly aroused the attention of the education department. Traditional college students＇ mental health education is based on school administrative system which is a boring method that can not be acceptted easily. Social work methods are used to mental health education, which has changed the traditional preaching and paternalistic model of edu- cation. Social work methods see ＂Help People to Help Themselves＂ concept as the core, and establish a platform for equally exchange, which has greatly improved the performance of mental health education. This paper actively explores a general approach to introduce social work to students＇ mental health education , which largely use the method of case by case and community work, with the focus on empirical research.
