摘要
文章详细回顾了中国高校专业人才培养计划制定的历史沿革及大学生毕业分配制度的变化过程,指出了当前专业人才培养计划所存在的主要问题是专业模块设置涵盖范围太宽,更重要的是学生所选的专业模块与其毕业分配的工作单位性质严重脱节,从而造成了学生的专业知识和专业背景减弱,实际动手能力下降,影响了培养质量的提高。针对这一现状,结合现在的毕业分配制度的变化,文章提出了以学生就业方向和社会需求为导向动态设置专业模块,创新高校专业人才培养计划的改革思路。
This paper reviews the development of in universities of our country and the change of policies in graduates' job assignment. The author assumes that the primary problem of present professions development program laid in the extended major module settings. What' s more, the present major modules divorces from the nauture of the institutions where the professionals are assigned the work. As a result, professionals' knowledge and practical abilities weaken and the quality of professionals' developments is influenced. Based on the present situation and the change of policies in graduates' job assignment, this paper puts forward the dynamic setting mode in major modules, which is oriented by both the need of society and graduates' work, to innovate the professionals' development program.
