摘要
目的评价国产封堵器治疗膜部室间隔缺损(VSD)的近期临床疗效。方法国产封堵器导管介入治疗膜部VSD 206例,术后经胸彩色心脏超声、心电图随访。结果203例患者封堵成功(1例封堵伞脱落,2例未能通过导丝),出院前经胸彩超检查,无残余分流、无严重并发症。结论经导管置入国产封堵器治疗膜部VSD近期疗效可靠,安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defect with domestic oecluders. Methods Perimembranous ventricular septal defect was diagnosed in 206 patients occluded with domestic occluders. The follow-up evaluations were made with echocardiography and electrocardiography. Results 203 patients were occluded successfully. No residual shunts and severe complications were found in these successful cases by transthoracic echocardiography before discharge from the hospital. Conclusion Transcatheter closure of perimembranous ventricular septal defect with domestic occluders is safe and feasible.
