摘要
服务贸易是随着战后世界经济结构的调整,作为建立在新技术革命和产业升级基础上的新兴产业而迅速发展起来的,它不仅在各国产业结构升级方面发挥了巨大作用,而且日益成为衡量一国国际竞争力的重要标准。我国服务业长期以来的缓慢增长不仅影响了我国的产业结构的优化和升级,由此导致的十几年来的服务贸易连续逆差也影响了我国对外贸易结构和服务贸易竞争力。因此,如何提高我国服务贸易竞争力,改变服务出口结构已成为迫在眉睫的问题。
Following the adjustment of the world economic structures after the World War II, service trade as a new industry has boosted rapidly along with the new technological revolution and industrial upgrade It has not only exerted enormous inflence on the industrial upgrade of all countries, but has increasingly become the important standard for the evaluation of a country＇ s international competition. The service trade in our country as having developed slowly for a long time has inflenced the optimization and upgrade of our country＇ s industrial structure, therefore led to the continuous trade deficit for decades and impacted on our country＇ s foreign trade structure and service trade competition. Thus it is urgent to improve our country＇s service trade competition and transform service export structure.
