摘要 通过分析纳米结构可喷涂陶瓷喂料在热喷涂过程中的受热熔化差别和所制备的纳米结构陶瓷涂层的裂纹生成和扩展方式,探讨了Al2O3/TiO2纳米陶瓷涂层的强韧耐磨机制,并展望了应用前景。 The mechanism of high strength, high toughness and excellent wearability of a nanostructurecl Al2O3/ TiO2 coating was approached by comparing the difference of melting of sprayable nanostructured ceramic feedstock during the thermal spraying and crack propagation mode in the nanostructured ceramic coating. The application prospect of this coating was also discussed.
