摘要
采用叠成热压工艺制备平板式ZrO2氧传感器,用正交试验法比较基片的叠压压力以及温度、叠压时间对片层之间结合紧密性的影响。结果表明,对基片进行一定的溶剂润湿处理,叠压程序控制在80℃×300 s,压力为0.2 MPa时片层之间结合最紧密,烧结之后基本无裂纹和翘曲现象。
Planar zirconia oxygen sensors were prepared by means of hot pressing. The impact of the pressure, temperature, and time on layer binding is studied by orthogonal test. The results show that, having wet the substrate with certain solvents and kept the press in 80℃×300 s at 0.2 MPa, the layers are bound most closely and no cracks and warping appear on the substrate after sintering.
