摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱检测茴三硫原料药含量的方法。方法采用Alltech Alltima C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(85:15)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长348nm,进样量20μL。结果在该色谱条件下,茴三硫在4.064-101.60μg·mL^-1。浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,A=61940C-18960.31(r=0.99992,n=7),平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=0.22%)。结论本法灵敏、准确、回收率高、操作简便,可作为茴三硫含量的检测方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of the contents of Anethole trithione.METHODS The separation and analysis was performed on a C18 column(4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (85: 15), the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1, the detection wavelength was set at 348nm, loaded volume was 20μL. RESULTS A good linear relationship was obtainted in the range of 4. 064 - 101.60μg· mL^- 1, A = 61940C-18960.31 ( r = 0. 99992, n = 7). The average recovery rate was 99.6 % (RSD = 0.22 % ). CONCLUSION The proposed method is sensitive, accurate and simple, and can be used for the determination of the contents of Anethole trithione.
