摘要
报道了在相转移催化剂存在下,使用微波辐射快速合成了苯甲酸.同时对影响产率诸因素进行考察,确定了最佳反应条件.该方法反应条件温和,操作简便,后处理简单,反应15 m in产率可达86.8%.
The synthesis of benzoic acid from phenylmethanol by KMnO4 oxidation in the presence of phase transfer catalyst, quaternary ammonium salt TBAB with microwave irradiation was reported. The results showed that the optinal reaction condition were as follows: 0.018 9 mol sodium carbonate, 0.028 5 mol potassium permanganate, 0.001 2 mol TBAB, 0. 019 3 mol phenyllmethanol, microwave irradiation power 750 W,reaction time 15 rain. The yield of benzoic acid was 86.8%.
