摘要
科技中介服务体系是区域创新体系的重要组成部分。本文结合山东省科技中介服务发展的实际,构建了以发展环境、主体实力、体系结构、发展潜力和服务绩效为主要内容的评价指标体系,建立了评价模型;通过调查统计分析发现,山东省科技中介服务发展处于全国中等水平,其中主体实力和体系结构达到国内一流水平,发展环境和服务绩效存在较大差距。
Sci - tech intermediaring services system is the important part of regional innovation system. In this paper, we design a index system and a model of evaluation covering development circumstances, main body strenth, structure system, developing potentiality and sevice result according to the present situation of intermediary services in Shandong province. Through investigating and statistical analysis, we draw a conclusion that the development of sci - tech intermediary in Shandong province has reached an average level in the same trade domestic, further, it has classic level on the index of main body strenth and structure system, while has a big gap on the index of development circumstances and sevice result.
