产学合作中知识转移的研究
摘要
本文在对对产学合作动因研究的基础上,疏理了国外学者对校-企合作组织界面以及合作战略的研究。进一步对产学合作中,知识溢出的机制、过程以及影响产学合作的关键因素进行了总结,并提出了进一步研究的方向。
