摘要
围绕高职产学研合作教育人才培养模式这一主题,对其内涵进行深入研究,明确其基本特征,并对我国高职产学研合作教育人才培养的基本模式进行认真总结,在此基础上提出构建新时期高职产学研合作教育人才培养的新模式及保障条件。
Focusing on the theme of personnel training mode of enterprise-college cooperation in higher vocational college, the paper studies its conception, defines its basic characteristics, makes general conclusion on the basic personnel training mode of enterprisecollege cooperation in higher vocational colleges. And then put forward its new mode and guarantee condition.
