摘要
通过酸性水单塔低压汽提工艺的能耗分析,认为减少蒸汽油耗量是降低装置能耗的重要措施,其次可以采用控制合适的回流比和净化水出装置温度、尽量采用空冷器和0.5 MPa蒸汽等节能措施。
The analysis of the energy consumption of the single-tower low-pressure sour water stripping process concludes that reducing steam requirement plays an important role in reducing unit energy consumption followed by controlling a proper reflux ratio and outlet temperature of purified water and maximized installation of air coolers and utilization of 0.5 MPa steam, etc.
